The Cat’s Paw

CAT’S PAW is situated in a prime location near the Celestial
Plaza and the Historic Goblin Memorial in North Sarbreenar. The
Cat's Paw enjoys a reputation unlike any other establishment in
Sarbreenar. It is not pub; it is a concept. Profoundly different
from most of the other public establishments around Sarbreenar,
it caters to the hedonist within us all. It is not so much a night
out, but an experience in relaxation and indulging the senses, offering
a wide range from the exoteric to the esoteric. The serving companions
within have been selected not only for their physical beauty –
but for their training in the arts of conversation, poetry, singing
and massage.
This establishment has been dedicated to Sharess and Brandobaris
with tithes of 5% each going to the respective religions. This fact
has also been uniquely celebrated in two ways:
- All within its walls is arranged for the comfort of its guests
in order to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
- Nobody seems to understand what the Cat's Paw really is all
about and assume that its purpose is immoral, offensive or somehow
a black mark upon Sarbreenar's moral codices...All without ever
having set a foot inside. (The closest equivalent would be a geisha
tea-house)
The House and Grounds:
Sumptuously decorated in a luxurious style with low
tables and reclining divans in the main room and private dining
suites upstairs, the atmosphere of the Cat's Paw has been developed
to create relaxing surroundings designed to satisfy the most exacting
tastes.
The Cat’s Paw kitchens, which are in keeping with the Paw’s
individual character, have begun to become widely recognised as
one of the best in Sarbreenar.
The Cat's Paw also maintains an extensive wine and potables list.
Outdoors, the Cat's Paw has gardens equal in size to the house and
uniquely designed by one of the local druids, Grukush. With a koi
pond, a gazebo and many other little hidden delights, one can receive
the same fastidious level of service whilst contemplating fresh
green foliage and seasonal flowers.
